Bonnie Rishell
Founder and President

Over the last 13 years, Bonnie Rishell founded, branded and recently completed a Merger Acquisition of ProLink. During these years as CEO, Bonnie successfully created a vision and executed BI solutions that drove customer centric models and partnerships that equated in highly effective consultancy projects & solutions. As an entrepreneur, Bonnie consistently set high expectations, cultivated a win-win culture with employees and partners to drive revenues and profits for ProLink and her clients. Her constant creativity and networking has allowed the opportunity to innovate and create products and solutions in three major industries, Communications, Financial Services, and Life Sciences.

Bonnie founded ROI² seven years ago, a BI software as a service solution for the Pharmacuetical and Life Sciences marketplace. Her vision is to have an application that expands the social networking models, marketing, and business intelligence to allow customers to gain a better return on their product and services. Building excellence in people, process and technology, Bonnie is leading this company with best practices tailored to execute Network performance with the right partners for our customers to optimize their programs and return.

Previously, Bonnie held positions of leadership and ran a consultancy practice with a international consulting firm.


Archibald "Arch" A. Anderson
Vice President Strategy, Partner

Archibald Anderson is Vice President, Sales, ROI² responsible for sales strategy, sales management and client relations for ROI².

ROI² combines pharmaceutical marketing with data management and analytics to create the leading innovator in providing advanced data marketing tools to pharmaceutical companies including Opinion Leader Identification and Influence Mapping programs that are presented in real time on secure access web portals with remarkable detail throughout the client's sales organization.

Anderson brings more than 20 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in providing pharmaceutical companies with innovative marketing products and solutions.

Prior to joining with the other principals of ROI² to form the company, Anderson created, launched and directed an online portal for members of formulary committees for Quadrant Healthcom, one of the first successful revenue based web portals in the pharmaceutical industry. He developed the international advertising business for Pharmaceutical Executive magazine at Advanstar Communications, Healthcare Division while he was the National Sales Manager for the magazine.

He is a member of the Healthcare Marketing and Communications Council.


Ed Barnett
Executive Vice President, Marketing and Solutions

Mr. Barnett Has over 20 years experience in Marketing and Sales in the pharmaceutical industry. He is an award-winning marketing and sales leader with extensive experience developing product strategies and brand plans. He has been well recognized for developing innovative sales and marketing tools and sales organization design. He has also been recognized for designing tools for improving the effectiveness and ROI for medical education programs. He pioneered the use of social network theory and network analytics to drive dramatic growth in revenue, sales force effectiveness, and efficiency in the pharmaceutical industry. He brings extensive product and therapeutic experience having launched over 15 product and managing more than 20 therapeutic areas. He has built high performance National Sales teams that used best practices to significantly exceed sales goals.


Stephen Mallette
Product Director

Mr. Mallette has over 10 years of experience in technology and business leadership consulting with clients in the communications and financial services industries. Mr. Mallette also has 8 years of experience focused on developing commercial software for the life science industry. He designed and developed ROI2’s technology platform, leveraging his years of experience which spans a multitude of programming languages, platforms and application frameworks with the core of his most recent experience in Microsoft .NET.

Mr. Mallette holds a BS in Decision Sciences and a BS in Management Information Systems from George Mason University.

Investor and Board member of XL Health Corporation, Baltimore, Maryland funded by Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, L.P. President North American Operations of NFO World Group, Greenwich, Conn, the largest custom market research group in North America, previously traded on the NYSE and now part of Taylor Nelson Sofres [TNS], UK. He also was co-founder Migliara/Kaplan Associates, Owings Mills, MD, which provided sophisticated market research and forecast modeling to many of the top pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and biotech firms. Organically grew the company to become the nation’s largest custom healthcare market research firm. Cliff Kalb

Mr. Kalb has over thirty five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, he served as Senior Director, Strategic Business Analysis, in Worldwide Human Health Marketing at Merck & Co., Inc. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, market research, health economics, public policy management, marketing management, licensing, business intelligence and business development at Marion Labs, Pfizer and Roche. He has also served as head of marketing and business development for a small biotechnology company.

Mr. Kalb has served as Chairman of the Conference Board Council on Competitive Analysis. He is also Past President of the Board of Directors of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), and Past President of the Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence and Research Group (PBIRG). Mr. Kalb is widely published in the field of pharmaceutical industry intelligence and analysis. In 2004, he was made a Fellow in SCIP, and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from PBIRG. In 2005, he was named one of the top 100 most inspiring people in the pharmaceutical industry by Pharmavoice magazine. Mr. Kalb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology from Rutgers University and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.


William (Bill) Nuerge

William A. Nuerge is founder and a Managing Partner of Fortress Pharms® Advisors, LLC (FP), a consulting company to the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to FP, Mr. Nuerge served Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals Inc., a private healthcare company focused on women’s healthcare and pain management. From March 2004 to November 2007, Mr. Nuerge was a consultant to Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc.. In November 2004, Mr. Nuerge accepted the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. He served as President, Chief Executive and Director of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals until mid April 2007.

Before Xanodyne, Mr. Nuerge was Chief Executive Officer of Shire US from October 1998 to January 2004. Prior to Shire US, Mr. Nuerge was the Chief Operating Officer of Richwood Pharmaceuticals Company from September 1994 until Richwood's merger with Shire Pharmaceuticals in 1997. The combined Company subsequently became Shire US and Mr. Nuerge was promoted to Chief Executive Officer Of Shire US in 1998.

From March 1978 to September 1994, Mr. Nuerge served in various positions of increasing responsibilities culminating with the positions of General Manager and Vice President of Operations of Alcon/Lafayette Pharmaceuticals/EZEM, a gastrointestinal diagnostic company.

Mr. Nuerge is currently a Board member of Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a private central nervous system-focused pharmaceutical company and has in the past served as advisor and/or director to several private healthcare companies . Mr. Nuerge obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and earned his MBA in 1990 from Indiana Wesleyan University.
